What is life? What is living? Are life and living the same and can they be used interchangeably? Is there any critical connection between them or shall they be viewed separately?
Let’s start with “breath”, the simple but how complex activity that specifies life; it all begins with this act of gentle inhalation of air through our body to lungs, filling them with oxygen and seeing our chest expanding for a moment until it is time to enter into the phase of exhalation after which the full process is going to be repeated over and over again … how simply magical it sounds and feels can only experience a human being conscious of the miracle of inhalation of the air to enable his/her life.
Life is the phenomenon of experiencing the multitude of actions, activities, process, inventions, interactions, intercourse, monologues and various types of communications. Life is the continuous process of change, education, innovation and transmission of information, experiences, feelings and emotions. This senses – driven and senses-rooted phenomenon of being alive equips every single organism with the consciousness of the privilege of participation in life on Earth, the planet of water, air, fire and constant energy.
Living is the process of experiencing life in its fullest potential, the active witnessing of miracles of happenings that appear in from of our eyes. The momentum of a full and nothing but a sincere appreciation of being alive and actively creating, contributing, observing, listening, interacting, making, changing, learning, and improving as well as appraising and consciously selecting the pathways that serve the highest level of living is considered to be the art; the art of living.
The art of living is an honest and appreciative act of full respect towards the genuine and fundamental virtues of senses: hearing, seeing, tasting, touching, smelling.
Life is experienced through senses and when fully appreciated and consciously acknowledged it transforms into the fine art of quality living.
